Safety Coaching gives leaders and team members the skills and confidence needed to engage in safe work site practices.

  Coaching allows employees to engage in productive dialogue about safety concerns, changes needed in safety performance on the job, safety performance improvement, and the recognition of positive safety efforts.  We offer on site training as well as safety templates, JHA's, and proper PPE suggestions to improve  your companies safety culture.

When estimating costs associated with a potential project, many factors must be taken into account. 

M and M has many years of experience of successful job estimating. We are skilled in figuring scope, depth of work, size of equipment needed, crew staffing and materials necessary. With this we can submit competitive project bids.

 We offer on site visits and Mentoring whether its job schedule management and/or day to day work site and employee management.
