Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish, Mario is an incredible translator, and can make sure that everyone on a job site is on the same page. He has over 28 Years of experience in the construction industry. Starting as a Laborer, Mario worked his way up thru all positions in the company to General Superintendent. This has made him what we like to call a 'Construction Guru'. He is skilled at walking onto any job site, and quickly figuring out  what needs to happen to get and keep things on the best track to finish quickly, safely, and within budget. 

We look forward to working side by side with you to make the best decisions to ensure the success of your future projects. With our experience we can provide some real support on working toward the goals you have in mind for your company. We can be the bridge between you and General Contractors, Sub Contractors and Engineers.

Mario is very experienced running job sites from small to very large and complex. Keeping everything moving smoothly is what he does well. We also provide follow up services,  including safety coaching, job observations and site visits. We will make sure that any training and mentoring M and M Consulting Services has done for you and your employees is helping your company to become the best that it can be.

During his time in this industry, Mario has made many valuable contacts. Executive profiles – Mario Moreno-Owner

Mario grew up here in Colorado in a large family of 7. His folks taught him the value of a hand shake and the strength of a persons word. The Construction Industry was his chosen profession since he was a teenager, and he worked his way through many positions on his way to where he is now, owner of his own company whose goal is to help everyone succeed, himself included!

Helping install the needed infrastructure all around the Front Range and watching the subsequent growth puts us in a  strong position to help new and seasoned companies and engineers to figure out the best way to continue to build that infrastructure together.

Carol Ann Moreno-Owner

After growing up on a homestead farm in rural Wyoming, Carol Ann traveled for a living before settling down in Colorado to raise two boys, Lucas-16, and Colton-14.  Working in office settings for many years, Carol Ann is very happy to be working at building a business from the ground up. (She is the partner that handles the stuff Mario doesn't want to do, but still needs to be done.)
